GotoU — a platform that helps companies manage customer experience and automate client communications. As a co-founder, I designed websites and mobile apps for specialists and clients, developed information architecture, created prototypes, and prepared presentations.

ABOUT PROJECT

SaaS platform that leverages artificial intelligence to automate services and communications. Its goal is to help companies and professionals streamline customer service, manage communication, and optimize data exchange.
On our side, the following stages were delivered: creating prototypes of future pages, unique design for the web version and mobile application, and full responsiveness.

Desctop design

While working on the desktop version of the website, I focused on improving key interactions and enhancing the visual presentation of the product.
The main tasks included:
- Simplifying the navigation and overall structure to ensure users quickly understand the website logic and can easily move between sections.
- Strengthening the product presentation through clear headings, visual storytelling, and high-quality UI demonstrations.
- Updating the visual style to make it more modern, clean, and technologically aligned with the product’s positioning.
- Showcasing the platform’s capabilities using real product screenshots, which increases trust and provides a clearer understanding of the functionality.

mobile version

While designing the mobile version, I focused on creating a simple, intuitive experience that feels light, clear, and aligned with the product’s purpose. My goal was to keep the essence of the desktop design, but translate it into a format that supports quick, effortless interaction

Presentation

The presentation for the GotoYou product was created to clearly showcase its functionality and benefits for businesses. The work included structuring information, selecting key screenshots and UI mockups, and designing slides in a clean, modern style that emphasizes the product’s minimalist yet “human” character. The presentation helps potential clients quickly understand the value of the service and the main capabilities of the platform.
